PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE POLICY

The Kouts Baseball League takes photos/videos of players to capture the fun they have and skills they learn.

By attending or participating in Kouts Baseball programs and activities, you grant the approval/right to Kouts Baseball and/or a Kouts Baseball approved photographer/videographer to take photos/videos of you, your child and family members in connection with any Kouts Baseball event.

Your approval authorizes Kouts Baseball, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish (without compensation to you) the same in print and/or electronically and confirms your agreement that Kouts Baseball may use such photos/videos with or without names for any lawful purpose including, but not limited to, publicity, advertising, branding, member communications, event promotion, Kouts Baseball sponsor marketing initiatives and online/digital content.

As our games and practices are held on public grounds there is no way to control photos or videos that spectators or families will take and if your child may be in the image. To avoid any issues, by registering your child with Kouts Baseball you are also consenting to/agreeing with the possibility of photos/videos being taken of you, your family, and player/players.
